Leisure Leagues FAQ's

General FAQ's

We've got a Points Match this week. What do we do?
A Points Match, is a space in the league, which usually occurs when we have taken a team out for disciplinary reasons. If you are scheduled to play one of these games, we will arrange a match for you. If you are due to play one of these games then you need to turn up, pay the match fee in full and you will be awarded a 5-0 victory. Please note that if you do not turn up to play the match you will lose 5-0, and be liable for double fees the following week.
What if we cannot fulfil a fixture because we are on vacation?
If you are going on holiday then please give us a call to let us know at least seven days in advance. This way you will avoid a charge, but you will still lose the game 5-0.
I have called or emailed and you haven't replied. What is my next step?
This is very discourteous, and furthermore we hope it never happens. We aim to respond to all telephone calls and emails within one working day. If, however, in the unlikely event you do not receive a response, you should email the main office and request to speak to a Senior Manager. The email address is [email protected]
If we don't have the full match fee, can we pay extra next week to make it up?
No, unfortunately not. To ensure the smooth running of the league, referees are instructed not to kick games off unless teams have the full match fee available.
Are The Full Rules Available?
Yes, they are right here
We Have Ladies In Our Team, Are They Allowed To Play?
That isn't a problem. Ladies and mixed teams are allowed in all our leagues worldwide.
What if i have a complaint about my league?
We take complaints very seriously. If you email [email protected] then a Senior Manager at Leisure Leagues worldwide HQ will look at it for you.
What happens if our match is cancelled?
If you do not have a game when you are scheduled to on your fixtures then one of our managers will always let you know.
